Contact

One inbox, read by a real person, answered by the consultant who would do the work.

A real person reads this

There is no sales desk and no ticket queue. Whether you use the form or just email us, it arrives in the same inbox, and someone who has built this kind of system reads what you wrote. They either take it on, pass it to whoever in the collective is genuinely better at that particular thing, or tell you honestly that we are not the right people, and who might be.

You do not have to be a marketer, and you do not have to arrive with a spec. “Something is wrong with our numbers and I cannot work out what” is a perfectly good first message.

Tell us where it breaks

What is going wrong

Only the first three are needed. The rest just means the first reply can be useful rather than a request for more information.

In your own words. “Our GA4 revenue is about 20% under what Shopify says” tells us more than “we need analytics help”.

The CRM, the shop, the email tool, whatever sits between them. Names are enough.

Goes to one inbox. No newsletter, no CRM sequence, no follow-up drip. See privacy.

Prefer plain email? That works exactly as well: hello@dot-connectors.net

What happens next

From your message to a person

  • A person reads it. Not a router, not a form parser, not a chatbot.
  • It goes to whoever fits. Server-side tagging and Shopify fulfilment are not the same discipline, and we do not pretend one person is excellent at both.
  • They reply under their own name, within a working day, usually with questions.
  • If we are not right for it, we say so and point you at who might be. There is no bench to keep busy, so we can afford to be honest.

More on how that works and who is in the collective on the who we are page.
